What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)? An Overview

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Causes
CFS has no specific cause, but it has been linked to infections that affect our immune and defense mechanisms. Some research links the condition to the bacterium chlamydia pneumoniae, whilst, other studies associate it with Epstein-Barr virus, which causes mononucleosis. Chronic fatigue syndrome has also been linked to bronchitis, candidiasis, and diarrhea.
Furthermore, adrenal insufficiency, cancer, AIDS, kidney disorders, liver disorders, thyroid irregularities, and stress-triggered ailments are significant causes.

Very useful tips. I am going to try these remedies. I have tried the drink with rose water and it helps managing palpitation and related symptoms. For fatigue alongwith low blood pressure raw tea (without milk) along with a teaspoon of honey is really effective.
